These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://readwithwade.com and the content published under the Read With Wade brand (the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This document is a plain-language starting point for a personal faith-content publishing project. It is not legal advice; review it (and consider consulting a lawyer) before relying on it.

1. The Service

Read With Wade publishes short (~90-second) daily Bible reading videos, narrated from the World English Bible (WEB), a public-domain translation. Videos are distributed on third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok) under the handle @readwithwade. The website provides information about the project and links to those channels.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

• The scripture text is from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.

• The Read With Wade name, logos, artwork, audio narration, and video production are the property of Read With Wade and are protected by applicable law.

• You may share links to our content. You may not copy, re-upload, resell, or create derivative works from our videos or brand assets without permission.

3. Third-Party Platforms

The Service is delivered through third-party platforms, each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or how they handle your interactions. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: interfering with its operation; attempting to gain unauthorized access; scraping or bulk-downloading content; or using the content in a way that is unlawful, misleading, or that misrepresents your affiliation with Read With Wade.
